.5 kg Crystal
.25 kg Roasted Barley
.25 kg Chocolate
.25 kg Melanoidin

Northdown 8.6% 30 grm 60 mins
Fuggles 4.5% 15 grm 30 mins
EKG 4.2% 15 grm 30 mins
Fuggles 4.5% 15 grm 00 mins
EKG 4.2% 15 grm 00 mins

10 tbs coffee 00 mins
2 tbs cocoa 00 mins

1 x Safale s04

I started at 5:45 this morning - no stuck mash today so all tidied up and put away now - been sitting with my feet up since midday :wink:

Cheers, i would have started earlier but i have two assistant brewers joining me for the brewday and they arrive at 2, i'll have the water treated and heated and the grains weighed when they arrive 8)
