I'm not even gonna edit that post, i am still drunk from yesterday and i just sent my boss a text to tell him the car wouldn't start :oops: I'm not quite sure how i'll explain this one :oops:

Collected 25 L at 1052 and drank a few extract brews my assistants (Derek and Shane) brought along with some selections they brought from the Wychwood brewery and a few of my own. I was very surprised with the quality of the extract brews =D> Hats off to you guys, you make great beers.

Did anybody ever have Safale S04 ferment this long? 2 weeks now and it's still not finished :shock: I thought there could be a problem but it tastes fine
