Hi MtF - I meant baldyjason (he posted on page 4), and I was wondering as you refer to it as "The" wedding, not "My" wedding...

Cheers...

You can choose to hide your online status in your profile. Then you too can 'stealth post'!

But sometimes DaaB is online and sometimes he isn't? You've shattered my illusion of DaaB being omnipresent now :(

It's My wedding and it appears to be arriving before i have sorted stuff out. I blame wife-to-be who let me organise everything. Beer is sorted, as is the band and a walk in chiller for the beer and the spit roast co are doing the food. She had a bit of a wig out recently as she said i'd forgot the flowers. I hadn't forgot i just didn't bother after the few florists i contacted mostly laughed when i said 'yes, this year'-who orders flowers a year in advance? Who plans a wedding a year in advance? Er, girls i guess.

After the 'lack of head formation' on my beer and the still squishy bottles i decided to drop another carb drop into my bottles and tighten the lids up.

WOW!!!!
This worked wonders and the beer now gets a great head that stays all the way to the bottom of the glass. :D
So obviously i didn't screw the caps on tight enough.
I only have four bottles left now. These i added carb drops too and left in the fermenting room. Also they don't get such a bad chill haze now. I wonder why that is?
Glad i have switched to glass bottles now. Hopefully i shouldn't have any carbonation issues anymore.
