After 4 weeks maturing this is the last bottle (keg got drunk ages ago), except for 6 going to Derby competition.
It's really easy to drink and very tasty. I undercooked the carbonation though so will add more primings next time.
This 50/50 business tastes lovely as an introduction to 'real' bitter. May try one soon with all lager malt to see how it is different from this. I think perhaps less body still? Choosing as clean a yeast as poss might help, Nottingham I think.
