Potential brew

Post by retourrbx » Wed Mar 05, 2008 3:06 pm

I have 5kg pale malt left, ~200g crystal, 100g Bramling cross, 100g Northdown and was wondering if I should mix the hops or do something with them sepearately, saving one of the hops for later...

Another option would be to buy a pack of fuggles or progress perhaps. I've considered the bramling beauty with crystal instead of amber, I know theyre pretty different but it should be alright?

Any input would be great :)

If you can get hold of some wheat malt then Sunshine is worth a try

It's a lovely pint and a good intro to Bramling X :D

Definately. When I brew Sunshine again I plan to dry hop with about 10g.
