Recipe was:
946g Mild Malt
109g Crystal Malt
22g Chocolate Malt
7g Challenger (60 mins)
2g Challenger (15 mins)
The grains ready to go
Strike water getting ready
Mash Tempreture at a nice constant 67 after preheating with a couple of kettles
Set the yeast going an hour in advance with some nice spray malt to eat up
After 90 mins mashing the mash tun was opened..smells good!
My cat shows his distaste for me locking him out by tapping on the window
Take the first run offs and circulate them back
Into the pot to boil (The hops went in 30 mins later)
It was placed in a cold sink of water and ice till the tempreture came down to ~33degrees
Aerated the hell out of it for 10 mins
Ta da!
Came out to 3.2% abv

Got a nice place to ferment it too. My cupboard fits a cool box nicely. I have a hot water bottle which keeps it (relatively) warm which i replace from time to time.
