There's no problem with the recipe Garth but I've decided that I'm not a big fan of Bramling Cross so probably won't do it again.

fair enough, I liked the smell from the packet and the boil is on now and the stink is pleasant, so we'll see till it's in the pint glass :D

I've got Bramlings just planted in the garden and on the abck of SC's beer i'll try 'sunshine' first I think!

Having that heap of hops right at then end is so worth while and the bitterness was very smooth indeed.

Wish I had another bottle so i could indulge in some detailed flavour wittering!
