Brewed this up this morning, started at 9 am and finished at 1pm :D

23L

O.G.1.050 , supposed to be 1.046 :roll:

Maris otter 3kg
Munich 1.4kg

Crystal 55l 230g
Crystal Dark 230g

Hop (38 IBU’s)

EKG 54g 60 min
Bramling cross 45g 10 min
Bramling cross 45g 2 min

Yeast Ringwood WPL005 1.5 liter starter, slurry added

That looks tasty. I have a vial of Ringwood yeast that I can't wait to use...I had very nice results with it last time. Good luck fermenting!

It seem it get better efficiency with lower gravity beers, a wheel its all beer anyway :wink:

I take it you are still using up your 2 types of crystal, or should that now be OB's house blend? :lol:

Love ring wood yeast (WLP005), flocks great and aroma to boot.
I have heard it called the yeast that does what S04 promises
