Cough, any luck there subsub with a recipe?

I'll post something on the recipe sectyion see if any one has a good recipe, i could be tempted to knock out a small batch of one of these this afternoon.

Yeah checked with him and it's a lambic ale. Not sure that I'd want to do that just yet. He also grew historic strains of barley and adjuncts for the brew :shock:
