Well Wez told me if i didn't do Big Kenny as my next brew he'd fly over here and kick my green paddy ass so here it goes  Mash started at 6.pm

4800gm Pale Malt 97%
70gm Crystal Malt 1.5%
50gm Roasted Barley 1%
25gm Chocolate Malt 0.5%
71gm Fuggles [4.5%] (90 min) Hops ~30 IBU
44gm Styrian Goldings [3.%] (15 min)
protofloc (Boil 10.0 min)

Fermeting with S-04

I might add some 80 degrees hops for aroma if you have no problems with that Wez

you certainly enjoy the 'later in the day' brew session AT

I'd be pie-eyed before the boil was on if I was doing late ones

have a good one

It's your brew AT :) , I like it how it is as the aroma hops seem to be just 'in their place' not in your face.

I fancy a bit of in your face, after my mess up with the Nelson Sauvin which turned out great my appreciation of hops has trebled. I think i'll brew some kind of hoppy monster next :D

Hope it's going well AT.

I'm learning that, in regards to hops, nothing exceeds like excess.
