Hi baldyjason, good to see your hooked. What kind of beer you after?

The hops you are picking up, although fairly flexible, are probably more suited to bittering than aroma. If you fancy making a stout using the old 7/2/1 ratio then you could simply use the Northern Brewer clicky

For a classic bitter you might want to swap the Brewers Gold for a packet of Fuggles or Goldings and then a lot more doors open up. For a pale ale you might want to grab a packet of Styrian Golding, Bobek, Cascade or Amerillo .

All my own opinion of course. :D

The Challenger brews are winners - do a forum search for 'all challenger brews' or Coniston Bluebird.

Happy brewing

try here

Challenger is a great hop and doing single hop beers is great, as it is a brilliant learning experience for a new brewer.

About 1.346 for 23L I reckon. You'll need 6 packets of S-04, and one hell of a mash tun!
