Take a leaf out of Colins, SubSubs and ATs book, why not start your brew after tea, it's not like you to have an early night

The thought of coming downstairs the following morning to all that cleaning up just doesn't appeal to me
Seriously though, my neighbours a postie and he gets up for work at 3am.
Our walls are paper thin and my cursing would probably keep him awake  ...me of little faith

Whoo there big fella, i was just pointing out that if my memory serves me correctly it was Wez who started the current evening brew trend on the forum. At least it was him i got the idea off. No need for words like monopoly

Fly sparge or batch sparge :-k
Just noticed the initial picture of the brewery, the mash tuns up ended to allow the replacement foam to dry off

Good luck with the brew and your new brewporn V, I hope there's no haze in store for you. As to the previous quotes about late brewing it was Wez who mentioned it on the forum first. I have always brewed later in the evening due to tending animals in the morning and working 2-10/10-6 revolving shifts so I'm kind of a night owl anyway. I don't mind cleaning up in the morning as most of the spent grain gets spread amongst the chickens, pigs and cattle. They'll be happier when I start brewing barley wine or 10g brews :D
