Myself and Wez had a brew planned to mark 1 year all grain brewing for the both of us but as it turned out neither of us can do it. Fell free to leave you're anniversary cards here :lol: :lol:

Not sure, i'm minding my daughter every weekend now so i'm going to have to work around that. Wez I'm not even looking for my first brew thread cause i just decided one drunken night that i would try Extract but DaaB bless his soul talked me into going All Grain. Before that i knew nothing about it, i probably still feel like i know nothing when i look a Vossys brewery. One week later thanks to all the help on this forum (DaaB) I did my first All Grain brew and for anybody starting who wants to know my biggest jump quality wise was controlling the fermentation temp :wink:
I raise a glass to this forum and all the knowledge contained in it, 'tis a credit to you Jim :wink:
