Hey my recipes are all copyrighted material !!!

The auroroa I used were higher AA (8.60) but it is still a bit strong (after three weeks ish), even for an ipa copy so maybe yours will be ready before mine even though they were done later. I'm drinking (whats left) of mine this Saturday regardless as it does taste very good

Strange really as my Complicated Dark Bitter (brown ale stylee) has been given the thumbs up more than the Deuchars  No accounting for taste.

Not sure, it's been a few days since I tried it but from memory it definatley needs more time maturing / calming down of the hops.

Dont' get me wrong, it's far nicer than the bottled version, just needs more time for the flavours to balance themselves. Definately one you can drink green due to the massive hop flavour but I think it would be at it's best around 4 weeks in the keg/cornie. :)

Anyway, I (and others) will be drinking it this weekend so if I can remember I'll let you know.

Marigolds off for typing :)

All done and dusted - a nice easy brew night spot on with 25L at 1.047 - smells great, yeast pitched.

So far only done 2x 1hr mashes but not noticed an eff drop.

Time for another ale.

Stevezx7r, if you bottle beer I'll gladly do a swap and compare to see how the AA makes any difference? IIRC you're only 20 mins away in Bishop?
