commemorative Imperial Russian Stout

My Dad passed away on Sunday 6th April aged 63.

I will be brewing an IRS when the funeral has taken place and My head stops spinning around on My shoulders.

It will be a special brew made with the same love I had for Him.

Dad is dead long live Dad....

Thanks Guys! It means a lot to Me....

Any one got a good IRS recipe.

Planning on using a 25Kg sack of malt, roast barley, maybe chocolate malt, Amber malt, Nottingham yeast.

Any ideas on the hops I should use?
