I loved this recipe so much last time i decided to modify it a bit and do it again, i only hope i didn't change it to much. I did it yesterday evening and ended up with 25 L at 1048

250 grm Melanoidin
100 grm Carapils
100 grm Biscuit
250 grm Torrefied Wheat

Saaz 3.8% 25 grm 30 mins
Nelson Sauvin 13.3% 15 grm 30 mins
Cascade 8.6% 12 grm 60 mins
Protofloc 10 mins

30 grm of Cascade at 80 degrees after flame out

Fermenting with safebrew T-58

An interesting looking brew.
Looks like a lot of hop flavor and aroma in there.

So is GP your go to base malt now?

Biscuit and Melanoidin are some malts I need to experiment with sometime. :-k
