Brew wkend 19,20

Got Ingredents on the way, I'm going to do three brews in total but 12.5l at a time. Hoddesdon dark, Polar Eclipse Oatmeal Stout, Wheelers Muprphy stout(the right ingredients this time).

I only have a couple of questions,

Irish moss do i still stick with 5g even though the batch size 12.5l

The yeast i'm useing is saf 04 which comes in 11g packets, can i split the packet for two brews or should i just use the hole packet

I don't use Irish Moss but I'd stick with 5g per 12.5L batch I don't think you can over do it. I'd use a pack of s04 per 12.5L batch, you still won't be overpitching.

as wez said it doen't matter really you could split the yeast if you want to and do 1/2 a tea spoon of irish moss. see how you feel on the day.
