
3 kilo lager malt
500 grams caramalt
500 grams flaked maize
400 grams brewing sugar
saaz hops A/A 3.0% 80 grams for 60 minutes
saaz hops A/A 3.0 % 20 grams for 30 minutes (using up the pack)
irish moss (teaspoon) for 10 mins
90 minute mash @67 deg and 60 minute boil
never made an all grain lager before so im after doing this so it will be ready for BBQ season
