I have enquired about the swivel elbows with 3/8 bsp food safe of course. That way one component and easy cleaning

I used those but 1/2" to 10mm on the first brewery, they did the job nicely. They don't have much of a collar to grip the outside of the tank though, but I bet there's an easier way of doing it.

The only reason I went SS elbow is cause I could see myself snapping the plastic ones off :roll: :lol:

Hmmmm snapping plastic and 150 litres of hot wort......no I have ordered the BES 1/2 " SS 90 deg and the John Guest fittings. Now for the polycarbonate tubing.

I must say sorry to greenbank for the hijack. Time to go :wink:
