Opened a bottle last night - flat as a pancake and too sweet.

I know its still got a week of conditioning to go but I expected more.

Used the 80gm liquid prime advocated by others and left it 10 days in the warm at the start of conditioning?

any sediment? you might have dropped all the yeast out or they may have gone on strike.

A respectable amount remained in the bottom of the 1 lte PET, about the same as in previous, sucessful brews
