I was aiming for something reasonably light in colour, a bit hoppy and 4.5%ish. Mashed at 67% for two hours - only because I forgot to the turn the HLT back on in time for my planned 90min mash

Batch sparged and now it's boiling outside - who knows what's gone into the boil, I saw a few insects diving in


I'm just about the drop the IC in, then the late hops & whirfloc tablet.
