Hi all,
only found this site yesterday, savage or what, any how,

Whilst abroad in the Isle Of Man for the motibike racing on one of our beverage expiditions we supped quite a large quantity of "Castletown" Does any one have a copy for this brew.

Ive been using kits for a while now and generally keg most brews but i am building a new house and what better time to design a small brewery, size is not restricted (within flippin reason)and would love to hear your views and ideas. was putting off using all grain untill proper place for it, my kegs are the 45 litre jobs and will build to ferment to this capacity at least.

I have stainless or (shiney) as I must learn to call it welding and cutting equip so will probably make most items.
Brilliant website

In the absence of any other better or more informed response contact Bushy's via their website and see if they would be willing assist. I've never seen Castletown Bitter in the UK and think it is only sold in the South of the IOM.

The Castletown Brewery was bought by Okells and subsequently closed. Both Okells and Bushy's appear to brew variations of this ale.

I like the idea for the brewery - l'm pretty new to grain brewing and have benefited from both space and area that I can splash around in without issue. Good luck.
