AG #4- SNPA clone

Post by kitoog » Sun Jun 01, 2008 11:31 am

I done this about 3 weeks ago and tastes pretty good already. It is based on the Northern Brewer recipe but used perle for bittering instead of perle and magnum. Also tweaked grains slightly to get gravity up to expected. I transfered to secondary after 5 days as fermentation was nearly done, bottled 4 days later.

sounds great kitoog, I've done a clone of this 4 times now, I've nearly got the taste right. Can still be very sharp tasting though

Might go with your Perle only for bittering next time
