I had a go at the Town Crier clone recipe but from the recipe information (batch size 22.73) how do I know how much mashing water to use (I used 15L), and also how much should I collect during sparging (I assumed 25L)?
I use a Ritchie boiler for mashing and boiling.
The recipe also states how long the hops should be boiled for. Does this assume a total boil time of one hour, or until the volume evaporates to the batch size?
