Brew day: Riggmeddler

Hi all
Im having a brew day today, im having a play round with a Riggwelter recipe, theres a lot of chocolate malt in the Almanac Recipes so ive dropped it down but I still think its a lot, any comments.

Riggmeddler
10kg Maris Otter
1kg Crystal
1kg Torified wheat
500g Chocolate Malt
10g Roasted Barley

45g Fuggles 90min
45g Progress 90min
45gChallenger 90min
25g EKG 15min
3 protafloc

Mash 2 hours 66oC

12.5 gallon brew
IBU 35
SRM 19.3
ABV 4.8%

Its only 4% of the grain bill, so not all that much TBH

I didnt see the brewday section, im sure jim will move it.
Its all in the mash tun now, its on a 2 hour mash.

I find i get a better efficiency, it works for me so ive stuck to it.
