My Tank is empty no beer in reserve
Now have to revert to the local Off Licence
4 bottles of decent ales £5.00

So I have had a bliz to get my reserves up together again

All recipes modified in some way but based upon popular brews

As you can see I like the IPA style beers (Not the 6 -8 month maturing)

I bottle for portabilty,

Flaked Barley 0.625g
Torrified Wheat 0.625g

Will Be using

Cascade 35grms 7.1%
First Gold 7.8%

Or Progress only 30g left

Suggestions on Quantity will be welcoma as I will be guesing

I liked it to be Hoppy & Bitter
