Apparently Chinook is grapefruit-a-rama.
I think I may give them a go then, thanks for the tip

From craftbrewer.com.au
Description:
Chinook hop pellets. USA - Crop '06 (AA 12.0%)

Chinook hops are of medium intensity, spicy, piney, distinctive grapefruit.
Use caution when adding to early boil, as grapefruit can dominate.
Sierra Nevada seem to use them in a lot of their beers (not SNPA though).

Dry hop with Cascade - it will taste like grapefruit juice - guaranteed.
