...i shouldnt really tempt fate by asking that. The water hasnt even been boiled yet and so far the element on the Swan tea urn /hlt has went bang. Ok ill use the boiler to heat the 1st lot of liquor and heat the sparge water in a big pan on the cooker. Sorted! Oh dear the immersion cooler fittings dont fit the mixer tap on the kitchen sink or the nice space age looking ones in the bathroom. ill think ill knock this brew on the head before i waste ingredients.

oh yeah, anyone know where i can pick up a 3kw burco/swan element cheap?

Oh no it isn't . . . Sorry but I had to snap that up as its local to me, and it will be perfect for the femtoHLT . . . Farnells/CPC do genuine Burco Elements for about 15-16 quid though
