The finished article :lol:

Had my first ever stuck fermentation on AG. Made the radical decision to use DBE which resulted in a 1000 FG. Doesnt taste that dry or that strong (at 6.5%) :shock:

mmmm, looks good...

wow, FG 1000? I thought my 1st all grain at 1006 was pretty low. Mine does taste very strong and its only a paltry 4.8%. Its pretty thin too. Glad you're pleased with yours though! :=P

Looks a nice pint there.

If you fancy having it taste tested by some local homebrewers why not come along next tuesday to the North Hampshire brewers metting at the Queens Arms by Basingstoke Station from 8pm onwards ??

I've been thinking about joining a local group for some time now. I've only been brewing less than a year but know its a hobby that aint going away! Be nice to share time and beer with like minded people.

With the impending wedding coming up I doubt I'll be able to make the next meeting but hope to join in on the next one. I'll check out the North Hants website :D
