Mashing at the moment, to brew a golden ale:

Windowlicker

73% eff
ABV 4%
IBU 30
Mashing at 68°C

2kg Light colour MO
1.8 kg MO
200g Wheat

Saaz 3.6 AA, 50g FWH
Tettnang, 2.1 AA, 10g FWH
Tettnang, 2.1 AA, 60g aroma addition

Fermenting with Brewlab Thames Valley 3.
