edme stout final gravity 1.18, stuck?

hello, i brewing 4.5 gallons of stout using brewers sugar from wilko's,
initial gravity not taken but gravity hasnt changed in 24 hours between day 5-6 @ 1.18.
is it stuck or is this an acceptable ending gravity?

1018 is pretty high to say you used sugar, I would have expected well under 1010. I'm assuming you added 1Kg brewer's sugar.

First of all, I would give the sediment a rouse with a sanitised spoon, and confirm that the temperature is around 20°C, see if that gets it moving again.
