All done and dusted and tucked away.
Ended up at 71% Efficiency
17Ltrs collected @1.070 too strong so worked out the water I needed to add which was 8Ltrs which took it down too 1.051. Potential of 5.6%.
Much better :)

Anyway here are some photos for you :)
Enjoy.

I love the brewery. Though one question how do you manage to keep so many KK's full my barrels empty almost faster than I can fill them.

Russ

do you keep the atc800 probe just in the fridge and not the wort during fermentation :?:

Hi
I got the probe right next to the FV, almost touching it. Should I keep it in the wort? This is the ATC fridges 1st brew so I'm just guessing here :)

I think it is better to have the probe in the fermenter as then you have the actual temperature of your ferment and can be controlled better, i stand to be corrected :D I have just set up my first atc800 fridge also thats why i picked up on it :D

Looks like you had an excellent brew morning with some great pics too!

I'm soon to atempt this...

Just got two cheap fridges off eBay, one for ATC800 controlled fermentation/conditioning and one for serving from corni kegs.

Can't wait, photos can be so inspiring! 8)

Cheers SB. I had fun making it. If you need any help. Give me a shout. I took photos as I was making it. Step by step sort of thing.
