Stout,...Finished ???

been fermenting a Edme Irish Stout for about 8 days now in the primary the gravity is siting at 1010 for the last 3 days , but there is a very thin layer of bubbles siting on ttop of the wort , is it safe to keg it now or do you think it has stuck ???

SG 1038ish.....Dary spraymalt 500gms , glucose 500 gms...SO4 yeast temp 22 constant

last week i raised the same question with the same kit with about 20 litres using brewers sugar frm wilko's.
i wasnt sure if it was stuck. it finished @1.16, i roused sediment, nothing, bought safal 04 yeast, nothing, i then added sacrose and things started happening, it wasnt stuck at all!

yes, its sweet, it seems there is nothing more i can do than add a bit of sacrose to boost the alcahol (only by about 0.3%)
