Couldnt decide what to make so i let the kids decide by drawing numbers out of the hat.
Hops were numbered as :-

1. WGV
2. Northern Brewer
3. Styrian Golding
4. Saaz
5. Goldings
6. Cascade.
7. Challenger
8. Amarillo
9. Fuggles

How it worked.
1. Pick a number. (full boil hop)
2. Flip a coin. (to decide if a 2nd hop go's in) Head - pick a 2nd number. Tail - Move on.
3. Pick a number. (last 20 min hop).
4. Flip a coin. (to decide if a 2nd hop go's in) Head - pick a 2nd number. Tail - Move on.
5. Pick a number. (flame off hop).
6. Flip a coin. (to decide if a 2nd hop go's in) Head - pick a 2nd number. Tail - Move on.
7. If a head was flipped then flip again to see if a 3rd hop is chosen.

Then a draw of 1 - 3 being
1. 100g crystal malt.
2. 250g crystal malt.
3. 500g crystal malt.

This is Brogan's Brew

Full boil - Northern Brewer, Amarillo
Last 20 - Amarillo, Challenger
Flame off - Goldings, Northern Brewer
250g Crystal

---------------------

J's Joy

Full boil - Challenger
Last 20 - Styrian Golding
Flame off - Challenger, Saaz
500g Crystal

Should be a laugh. Just got to work out the weights now.

...or certainly one who's got a cupboard/freezer full of supplies!

That said, I've brewed once and have four hop varieties, four malt types and two yeasts. Help I've been struck down by Zymurgy. Is it fatal doctor?

Yes. It's fatal!

I've only done 5 brews and now have a plastic dustbin bin full of various malts, and 8 different hops and 4 yeasts in the freezer now!
