Two things, firstly God it tasted good, so good in fact I began to wonder are there any kits with a reasonably similar taste? (Before any one says I'm in the wrong section - Extract brewing would be better) I am still very much learning the basics. Can anybody suggest kits that remind them of any other commercial beers.
Secondly, having worked half my way through the 'still conditioning' bottles had to laugh, when pouring the afforementioned Hobgoblin, stopped just short of pouring the last 1/2 inch into the glass, as I was being wary of the sediment!!
I guess that's when you know you are a homebrewer
