Just adding my 2 pence ...

I'm still waiting for an order from April. They keep offering to refund but I keep saying no. I just want to see how long it actually takes ... could be a 6 month record!

I had terrible trouble with Easy Brew. Same as the previous poster they deducted my money only to tell me the stuff was out of stock afterwards, how difficult can it be to state whether something is in stock or not on the site!?

When the order arrived, a couple of months after ordering, they hadn't included all the sugar I ordered. I just didn't bother to complain, I'd already phoned them enough times!

I also waited about 2 months for an Easybrew order about a year ago

In the same boat as everyone else. They delivered everything except the Muntons Smugglers. All the gears no good if you aint got the brew!!However, after several e mails threatening them with trading standards, and informing them about contracts with Distance Selling,I have finally got a response from the owner promising a refund for the outstanding balance. One small step, etc.

I too have an order in with Easybrew, awaiting refund. It looks like grahamd's easybrew problems blog post (see above) is proving useful, with the proprietor trying to sort things out for the people who've complained there.

Dear All

I am extremely sorry for those of you that have been inconvenienced recently by EasyBrew.

We are a small business and unfortunately due to serious ill health recently I was unexpectedly unable to work for a while. I am now back at work full time and the shop is once again open from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm as of tomorrow - Tuesday 5th August.

We will be endeavouring to sort out everyone's outstanding orders and queries as quickly as possible as we are in the process of restocking the shop and warehouse. Within the next 10 days all outstanding orders will be despatched. By way of apology for the delays we will be including some bits and pieces free of charge to everyone.

If you require a refund please contact me at annette.ferre@btopenworld.com (my personal email) and I will deal with it straight away.

Once again, please accept my apologies for the inconveniences you have experienced and I hope to have everything sorted out asap.

Regards
Annette
