I am into week two of a Woodforde Wheery Kit. That is, it has been in its bottles for 2 weeks. I have been sampling the brew one every 3-5 days (for carbonation purposes, don't you know ) and it had been coming along fine, a little green tasting but fine. On Friday, I open a bottle and it was great, so great I opened another 4 and they were all great. However, last night, thinking they all must be ready, I opened a couple more but started to get a horrible after taste after each one.
