how did this brew go E ? I am interested in your progress as your Mild recipe looks like one I may try.I have tried a couple but not been too happy so far with the results.

Munich malt is gaining favor in MANY brews

I'll be brewing a Mild soon too, need something for when wood cutting season comes around and dont need to be passing out on the couch drinking 6+% brews after a hard day choppin wood
