Banana Bread Recipe?

Does anyone know or have any suggestions on how the Wells Brewery create their Banana Bread beer? ie Would it be in the Mash, Boil or Bucket? Do they actually bake the bread or just use Bananas (with skins on?). I know that some may will consider it sacrilege to use a fruit for beer brewing but I love the taste. Newbie's 1st question.
