Any suggestions on an alternative to sugar when it comes to priming???

Will post more photos as things progress!

sugar is fine, try a soft brown sugar for different tastes, messing with small quatities of dry malt is a faff, there are carbonation drops but better for bottling but expensive compared to sugar.

Thanks I will give that a go!

Is about 80g of brown sugar about right?

Here's the wort after about 18 hours.
