30 August 2008 - Coopers Lager
First time I've done a beer in probably six months.
Cooper's Lager, 500g Light DME, 500g Glucose, 30g steeped Goldings (only hops I had to hand), supplied yeast.
Pics to follow.

Important things first, my helper:

Yeast starter on the go:

DME and glucose at the front, can softening at the rear:

Final rinse of the FV:

Hop sock steeping:

Aeration complete:

Went smooth as butter until it came to pitching the yeast, took forever to get down to temperature due to the hops liquor, so I went and picked the wife up from work while waiting for it to get down to 32 degrees.
