Into the FV, aerated and yeast pitched.

Change of yeast in the end as my stock list was out of date and only had 1 pkt of s-04. Used MPG in the end (only 6g packets so used 3).

Slightly overshot at 1058 so topped up to 1056. Nice days work. Gonna crack open a beer now and get on with the clean up before Mrs Buzz gets home. :)
