Aaargghh.....Help!

Get advice on making beer from raw ingredients (malt, hops, water and yeast)

Interesting, I thought HBB bought all their malt in pre-crushed.

It's a great shop isn't it, so many beers!

No idea!

Took about 15 minutes for them to get it though, and it wasn't cold, so maybe they draw some off from an FV or something?

Having said they had a crusher running, I didn't actually see it - but that's what it sounded like, and the bloke who brought the malt in to the shop for me said "there you go, freshly crushed".
