back to basics

I JUST CAME BACK TO BREWING AFTER A 2 YEAR BREAK AND DECIDED TO SCALE EVERYTHING DOWN AND GO BACK TO BASICS.I SCALED DOWN TO A 2 GALLON BATCH (USED TO DO 7-8 GALLONS ATA TIME),USED A POT,SEIVE AND STOVE,(INSTEAD OF MY BOILER,HOP FILTER AND LOADS OF OTHER STUFF) AND LO AND BEHOLD I HAVE JUST MADE MY BEST BEER EVER!!! (ITS BLOODY GORGEOUS).
JUST GOES TO SHOW IF YOU STICK TO THE BASICS YOU DON'T NEED LOADS OF FANCY GEAR AND A PHD IN CHEMISTRY TO MAKE GREAT BEER.

COME ON!!!!!
