Wherry on wife

Just keged my Sherwood forest ale and went for a shower. Came down to find wife has already cleaned out the FV and sanitised it That not being enough she has got everything ready for bunging the Wherry on to ferment including bunging the tins in hot water for a while.
Wherry is now tucked up in its FV with a black bin bag over it must say it is a very hopy beer by the smells of the wort as it came out of the tins.

Time will tell if it is going to be a pain to brew or if it turnes out OK

Used the usual asda cheep water and safeale-s04 yeast also shortened its brew to 20 litres not the 22 it should be.

There's not many kits which have that fresh hoppy smell like the Woodeforde's, I reckon that's why they turn out so good without any tweaking. Cooper's kits also have that smell to them too.
