Well the yeast has now started to do its magic.
A 2l bottle of Irn Bru is £1.48, where as a bottle of Irn Bru WKD costs £1.49 so ive saved 1p already. 2000ml divided by 275ml = 7.27 bottles. £10.83 worth of alcopop. Big saving. Al be having Martin Lewis tapping me up for advice next.
If this tastes good i might then move onto bigger things..... like Rola cola.
Asda's own redbull turned into TC. Hmm, that could be interesting.
Someone said today as i was making it. "Why dont you just buy a bottle of vodka to go with the bottle of IB ive just bought"?
Typical, what do they know?

Ant me old mate, I've left cans of this shite, and Sprite, Coke etc under the bed for months and it would never even grow mould so I doubt it would ferment. Theres too many preservatives in it and so it was still drinkabubble (if a little warm!) Youre expecting yeast to work its magic on it? I truly wish you luck, you insane fekker!

Addled, wouldn't boiling the Irn Bru remove the preservatives?? I know that i've been told that with reference to using Ribena for wine making....guess the principle would be the same???
