Lost My TC Virginity!

Hi all yesterday i purchased a 1 gallon demijohn for £2.50. ive been wanting to try out turbo cider for a long time now so decided to give it a go.

Does this sound correct?

I boiled 1 liter of AJ to dissolve the sugar (brewing sugar) and added to the other 3.5 liters in the DJ. I then added the yeast and that was pretty much it. after givin a good shake i got a reading of 1082 so it should be a good % after all i did use quite a bit of sugar

its bubbling away nicely now about 1 every second. when this stops does that mean fermentation has finished? thanks.

Yeah, should be fine, but if you've put 4.5L into a 4.5L demi you're going to end up with a sticky floor... I suggest you put it on a tray or something
