The mash, started at 67 down to 66.

Cooling of the boiled wort to 24. The hop strainer was quite well behaved for a change!

The yeast starter made 3 days in advance. I took a 330ml split for further use and pitched the rest.

I think the aeration was a success!
OG 1.070, a little higher than expected. My efficiency is improving! Should be around 7.2%.

One for xmas I reckon (if it lasts that long).
