Well I manage to get it right this time...Did not have time to put it on JBK last night hence doing it now!! :lol:

Riggwelter Recipe used (I reduced the hops a bit from the orginal post to suit SWMBO's taste)

4280gms Maris Otter Pale Malt
550gms Wheat Malt (instead of Torrified Wheat)
370gms Crystal Malt
300gms Chocolate Malt
2gms Roast Barley
610gms Brewing Sugar
22g Fuggles (90 min)
24g Challenger (90 min)
24g Progress (90 min)
10g Goldings (15min)
Whirfloc Tablet (15 min)

Safale S-04

90 min mash at 66c
90 min boil

ASDA Smart price Water 39 Litres in total with 10grams of Gypsum

I am still too new to start and break down the percentages etc (just yet)
