Decided to use two packets of S-04, hope they don't go too mad!
Here's a few pics.
Grain bed was around 64 after 90 mins mash

First run-off was around 1074

Centre of grain bed was 68ish during sparging (fly)

Just coming to the boil

Good boil so add the 90 min hops

15 to go so add second hops, sugar etc

Both yeasts looking good!

Final SG around 1068 (a couple down on expected) after cooling to 26°C.

Will add more tomorrow if fermentation is OK
